While the responsibility of deciding who you invite in your home is ultimately and completely yours, ABO only deals with licensed professionals who have a vested interest in providing the best/safest service possible. Much like ride share service providers, their information, their actions, their schedules and their movements are tracked. That means they are the last people who will want to commit a crime at your location. ABO requires background checks on all the providers who use the app and does not allow anyone with a criminal record to participate. Providers are also rated by their customers, giving you a very good idea of what to expect.


 ABO offers a wide range of beauty and haircare professionals to choose from, including those who provide haircuts, to men


Yes, as long as the location has access to the things necessary to provide the service,  (water, electricity sink etc,) and as long as the location is safe and secure, you can indicate where you would like the service to be performed.


Yes, ABO allows you to cancel a service 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time without penalty.


If you are dissatisfied with the service, you can give the provider a negative rating and file a complaint with ABO.. We will review the complaint and determine if a refund is appropriate.  ABO will provide 3 full refunds before removing you from the app. Any further liability will be between you and the provider. 


Yes, at ABO, we encourage you to develop long-term relationships with your chosen provider. 


Yes, we encourage you to communicate as much as possible to workout all the details that will make your experience as pleasurable and as seamless as possible. 


Yes, you will be able to track your provider's route to you 30 minutes prior to their arrival.
