Yes, ABO allows you to cancel a service 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time without penalty.

If you are dissatisfied with the service you can review the provider and give hem a negative rating. If, however, the provider does something wrong (like burn your scalp), you can submit a complaint to ABO and request a full refund. Any further liability will be between you and the provider.
